Don't be too ambitious. Try to involve your colleagues. Don't be afraid of English or ICT. Ask for collaboration if needed. Use eLearning platforms if you have the possibility. They are very useful for documentation of information, discussions, how you proceed and offer a lot of tools that make learning and working together much more interesting for students and teachers. Trips are very motivating:there, you can meet other teachers, you learn a lot about different cultures, different methods and Educational experiences. Team work is essential.
